An upgraded version of Oppo A59 has been spotted in Chinese mobile certification website TENAA. This new device has been named as Oppo A59s. As compared to A59, it comes with upgraded RAM and camera, though the screen size and resolution remains the same. OPPO A59s sports a 5.5 inch IPS screen panel with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. Out of the box, it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop (Color OS 3.0), which seems to be the only drawback of Oppo devices.
According to the TENAA listing, Oppo A59s will be available in Rose Gold and Gold colours, but there has been no mention regarding its availability and pricing. A59s will be powered by MediaTek MT6750 1.5 GHz Octa-Core processor and Mali T860 GPU. This is the same processor which is packed with Oppo A59. It has 4GB of RAM as compared to 3GB RAM in its predecessors and 32GB of internal storage. It also has support for microSD cards up to 128GB.
